We are in the process of making the property more energy efficient. In November we will be installing new top-of-the-range Dimplex Quantum storage heaters throughout the house. These heaters have high heat retention and use off-peak Economy 7 energy to help deliver low running costs. The heaters are easy to use with backlit LCD controllers which enable accurate control of room temperature, along with preset and user adjustable timing programmes to maximise comfort and minimise running costs.
In March/April 2019 we will be installing new double glazing to keep the property warm by helping to prevent any heat loss through the windows. It should also help to reduce any outside noise, minimise condensation and reduce energy bills significantly.
